There’s a post written by your truly over at AlexShalman.com called How to Escape the Curse of Being Average.
I really believe that a desire to be average is ingrained in to us from a lot of different sources but being average really isn’t all that great of a thing to want to be. I think it’s much better to want to be above average, as high above average as you can get.
